ALAN S. PORWICH was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1979 and has been a member of the firm since May 1980. During that time, he has been engaged in the general practice of law. While a majority of his practice now is devoted to real estate transactions and workers'' compensation cases, he regularly deals with family law matters, estates, consumer bankruptcy, personal injury claims and other civil cases.
He has appeared in all State courts and successfully argued cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division. He also has been involved in several novel cases, one of which had the firm acting as lead counsel with Harvard law Professor Alan Dershowitz serving as co-counsel.
Mr. Porwich has served as a panelist in the Hudson County matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Program since 1990. He also was involved in the Hudson County Bar Association's High School Mock Trial program for a number of years, first serving as an advisor to a local high school and then as County Coordinator.

HOWARD S. FEINTUCH was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and the Federal Bar in 1988. He served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Seymour Margolies, J.S.C.
He is engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in Criminal Law, DWI and other offenses heard in Municipal Court, Family and Juvenile Law.
He sits on District VI, (Hudson County) Ethics Committee appointed by the Supreme Court. He has established an excellent reputation in the legal community and appears as a legal analyst on Court TV on a regular basis.

PHILIP FEINTUCH has been practicing law for 40 years. He has gained an excellent reputation in the community and has developed a long list of lasting clients. Prior to becoming an attorney he taught in the public schools of Jersey City and Wyckoff, New Jersey.
He deals in all aspects of the law and has served in a number of public offices including being Mayor of Springfield, New Jersey, serving on the Township Committee, serving on the Library Board and Planning Board of Springfield. He presently is municipal attorney for the Borough of Victory Gardens and is special labor counsel to the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority.
Among his clients are the New Jersey Education Association, the Jersey City Education Association and a number of labor unions. He has served on the District VI (Hudson County) Ethics Committee, appointed by the Supreme Court.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association.
